"Dr. Neeta has been a professional colleague for almost a decade. We started working together as postdoctoral fellows in trauma at a Veterans hospital. When I was the staff psychologist at the Houston Fire Department, she spent the summer months of her sabbatical working with firefighters/EMTs, training doctoral-level psychology students, and providing clinical and operational consultation. Although I regularly consult with Dr. Neeta, this experience is noteworthy, because I witnessed first-hand the impact she has on an organization in such a short period of time.
